To respond to the market requirements in providing a quality service in executive recruitment consultancy, ECSSA-CERC has implemented a process that allows clients and candidates to qualify the executive recruitment consultants´ level of professionalism in terms of competence, ethics and independence.
CERC is a nominal and individual qualification, recognized by the EU members of ECSSA, guaranteeing that the certified consultant has a whole range of abilities to allow him/her to conduct an optimal executive recruitment assignment.
The executive recruitment consultant qualification is only awarded by Full Members of ECSSA-CERC and recognized directly in the countries covered by the 5 members of this international body.
The CERC is the internationally recognized mark of excellence in executive recruitment consulting among clients, candidates and our industry.
