The main Objectives of the LPRA are:

Ensure that its members maintain the highest professional standards and ethics in all their
activities

Avoid conflicts of interests between their client and candidates

Develop a close working relationship between its members and the national employment agency (ADEM)
LPRA-Membership includes:
- Retained Executive Search/Search & Selection Firms
- Contingency Executive Search
- Employment agencies/Placement Services
- Other Recruitment Related Firms (HR-Consulting Firms)
LPRA-Membership does not include
- Temporary employment agencies
- Outplacement agencies
Membership criteria:

Being licensed by the Ministry of Classe Moyenne

Hold a valid TVA number & RC number

Registered with the Chamber of Commerce - Fedil

Adhere to the byelaws, to the professional code of ethics and to the Ombudsman Service of the LPRA

Adhere to the status and byelaws of LPRA (the umbrella federation)

Having successfully received a recommendation of adherence by the independent auditors then a six months trial period is initiated
