The General Assembly and Executive Committee (ExCo) meetings are organised in the member countries. The General Assembly is comprised of delegates from each member association. At its meeting in
Paris, on 8 October 2010, the General Assembly agreed to fix the number of ExCo members to a maximum of seven.
ExCo members:

- Mrs. Ann Cattelain, Vice President (FEDERGON, Belgium)
- Mr. Gilberto Marchi, Director (ASSORES, Italy)
- Mr. Marios Paras, Director (LPRA, Luxembourg)
- Mr. Joachim Staude, Director (Chairman of ECSSA CERC) (BDU, Germany)
- Mr. David Winterburn, Director (AEC, UK)
The Executive Committee delegates the management of the association to the Secretary General, Jörg Murmann.
